These terms apply to the Mended app and website, made by Peak Apps Studio. By using the app you agree to them. If you download the app from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
Not therapy or medical care
Mended is a companion for people going through a breakup. It is not therapy, counseling, medical advice or an emergency service, and it does not diagnose or treat anything. If a breakup is affecting your sleep, eating or safety for weeks, talk to a therapist or your doctor. If you are in danger or thinking about ending your life, call your local emergency number or a crisis line (see Get help now).
Mended Pro
- Pro is offered as an auto-renewing yearly or monthly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- If a free trial is offered for the yearly plan (7 days), you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel in time: on the App Store at least 24 hours before it ends, on Google Play any time before it ends. No trial starts unless you choose it.
- Subscriptions are charged to your Apple Account (App Store) or your Google Play account and renew automatically unless you cancel: on the App Store at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, on Google Play any time before the renewal date. To cancel on iPhone, open Settings > your name > Subscriptions. To cancel on Android, open Google Play > Profile > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions, or tap Settings > Manage subscription in the app. You keep Pro until the end of the paid period.
- The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment; restore it with Settings > Restore purchases.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
